Traditional Music Making

Traditional Music Making has been set up to provide opportunities for musicians to play together, both informally and in more formal professionally led workshops.

We will be working with experienced and inspiring workshop leaders looking at all aspects of traditional music, covering session music, folk dance, listening music, ritual and more.


The workshops are designed to improve and develop musical skills and gain self confidence. We would like to encourage those who are either coming to music later in life or returning to their instruments to join us

We hope you will join us in creating a friendly and relaxed environment because most of all music should be fun and add something special to your life, whatever level you play at.
