Session

A beginner's session was started in April 2007. This has gone from strength to strength, with new musicians joining and others moving on, including starting their own session elsewhere. Originally the session was played at the Old Crown Inn in Uley, we are now playing at the White Lion in Cambridge. It's easy to find as it's on A38 just by the speed camera

The music played is predominantly English, with Scottish, Irish and some French tunes played for variety.

Summer 2008 in the Garden

The session plays every Wednesday starting at 8pm, the first hour is a slow session to encourage beginners to have a go. Playing from music is not frowned on and we can provide Tune Books.

We also hold impromptu sessions occasionally so watch this space
